Refund and Returns Policy

At Pallet Sales Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, our policy below outlines the guidelines and procedures to ensure a smooth process.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
• 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
• Types of Returns Accepted: We accept returns and exchanges for both defective (damaged/mismatched) and non-defective (standard return) products.
• Product Condition: Returned items must be in “New” condition—unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all original manifests or labels intact.

2. RETURN METHODS & SHIPPING LABELS
• Return Methods: You may return items By Mail or by dropping them off At a Drop-off Location designated by our support team.
• Return Shipping Cost: Free ($0.00). A prepaid return shipping label is included in your original package or provided digitally upon return authorization. You will not be charged for return shipping.

3. RESTOCKING FEES & EXCHANGES
• Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees ($0.00 / No cost) for any authorized returns or exchanges.
• Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item for a different product, contact our team within the 14-day window, and we will guide you through the process at no extra cost.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange:
1. Contact our support team via email at support@palletsaleshub.com with your Order Number and photos of the item(s).
2. Once authorized, attach the free prepaid return label included in your package (or generated by our support team).
3. Send the item back via mail or drop it off at the designated drop-off facility.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
• Refund Timeline: Once your returned package is received, inspected, and verified at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
• Refund Method: All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
