These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pallet Sales Hub regarding your use of our website and the purchase of liquidation and wholesale inventory. By accessing our platform, registering an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Inventory Grades and Manifests

  • Operational Transparency: We strive to provide the most accurate manifests and inventory descriptions possible to ensure you know exactly what you are buying.

  • Understanding Grades: Buyers are expected to be familiar with industry inventory grades—including Overstock, Shelf Pulls, and Customer Returns—as detailed in our Buyer’s Guide.

  • “As-Is” Sales: Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all liquidation inventory is sold on an “as-is” basis with no warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Financial Terms and Payments

  • Payment Clearance: All orders must be paid in full using our approved payment gateways or bank wire transfers before inventory is staged for shipping.

  • Invoicing: Automated invoices are generated upon order placement and sent to your registered business email.

  • Landed Costs: Buyers are responsible for all transaction fees, applicable taxes, and landed costs (shipping, duties, and freight) associated with their orders.

5. Logistics, Delivery, and Liability

  • Transfer of Risk: Liability for the inventory transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our hub and is accepted by the freight carrier.

  • Site Readiness: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location is equipped for freight shipments, including requesting liftgate services if a loading dock is unavailable.

  • Third-Party Carriers: All deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party freight carriers utilized by the Hub.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Exclusive Ownership: The Pallet Sales Hub name, logo, and website content—including high-resolution imagery and video—are the exclusive property of Pallet Sales Hub.

  • Usage Restrictions: You may not use our branding, logo, or proprietary product imagery for your own marketing or commercial purposes without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pallet Sales Hub shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) resulting from the use of our platform or the resale of inventory purchased through our site. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific order in question.
