Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Pallet Sales Hub, we specialize in the professional logistics of bulk inventory. Because we handle high-volume pallets and truckloads, our shipping protocols are designed to ensure your goods arrive safely and efficiently.

1. Logistics and Freight

  • Carrier Selection: We partner with specialized courier services and freight networks to manage the transportation of “Y-Containers” and bulk pallets.

  • Regional Expertise: We have extensive experience managing local transportation routes and regional logistics requirements to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Landed Cost: Buyers are responsible for all freight charges, which are calculated based on weight, distance, and the specific logistics required for the order.

2. Delivery Options

  • Commercial Delivery: Standard rates apply to locations with a loading dock or forklift.

  • Residential Delivery: If your delivery address is residential, additional fees from the carrier may apply.

  • Liftgate Services: If you do not have a loading dock, a liftgate-equipped truck must be requested at checkout to safely lower the pallets to the ground.

3. Shipping Grades and Preparation

  • Staging: Once payment is confirmed, orders are staged and prepared for transit. This includes securing the inventory to pallets and ensuring proper documentation is prepared.

  • Container Grading: For large-scale orders, we utilize shipping container grading to ensure the transport vessel meets the needs of the inventory being moved.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Site Readiness: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site can accommodate a large freight truck and has the necessary equipment (such as a pallet jack) to move the goods.

  • Inspection at Delivery: We strongly recommend inspecting the shrink wrap and pallet condition before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Any visible damage should be noted on the BOL while the driver is present.

  • Unloading Time: Carriers typically allow a specific window for unloading; any delays caused by the site may result in additional detention fees from the shipping company.

5. Tracking and Communication

  • Status Updates: You will receive tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

  • Documentation: We provide all necessary shipping documentation and manifests to ensure total operational transparency throughout the transit process.
